We are open for deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays - if you have different timing in mind, please contact me and I will do my best to add that in.

Yes! We offer local delivery within the West Rouge and a little beyond :)

🌸How far in advance should I order?

Place your order by Friday evening for weekend delivery.

🌸Do you offer wedding and event services?

Absolutely! We'd love to help make your special day beautiful. Please contact us to discuss your vision and get a custom quote.

🌸What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Monthly Flower Subscription

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your subscription billing begins on the date you sign up and repeats monthly from that date. For example, if you subscribe on October 15th, you'll be charged on the 15th of each month going forward.

When will my flowers be delivered?

All subscription deliveries are made on the last Saturday of each month, regardless of when your billing occurs.

Why are the billing and delivery dates different?

Because subscriptions are billed monthly from your signup date, your billing date may not align with the last Saturday delivery schedule. This means:

  • If you subscribe early in the month, you may be charged a few weeks before your first delivery
  • If you subscribe later in the month, you may be charged closer to your delivery date
  • Your monthly charge will always occur on the same date each month, while deliveries always happen on the last Saturday

What is included in my $40 monthly subscription?

Your monthly subscription includes a beautiful seasonal flower arrangement, specially designed to be slightly smaller than our regular vase arrangements but perfect for brightening your home each month.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes! You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account. Simply log in to skip deliveries, pause your subscription, or update your payment information.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. There are no cancellation fees or commitments.
